That’s why we bring Turn Up™ Dance Fitness, an electrifying blend of dance, strength, and cardio, straight to Rotherhithe and beyond. Created in the US and proudly delivered in the UK by certified instructor Martha Nansera, our sessions fuse music, movement, and mindset to lift you from the inside out.

Meet Martha: The Vibe Behind the Movement
Founder, instructor, and your resident hype woman, Martha launched Fitness with Martha in 2023 to bring something new to London’s wellness scene: fun-first fitness rooted in music, sweat, and self-love.
With a professional background in dance and fitness training, Martha is more than just qualified, she’s passionate. Known for her warm, authentic energy and empowering teaching style, she creates a safe, non-intimidating space where everyone feels welcome. Expect encouragement, a few jokes, and post-class high-fives. Expect to leave smiling, sweaty, and just a bit obsessed.
Her goal? To help you de-stress, connect, and build confidence, one class at a time.
Our Story: From Vision to Community
Martha started Fitness with Martha after years of trying traditional gym routines and realising what was missing: joy. Inspired by the empowering ethos of Turn Up™, she became a certified instructor and set up shop at Dockland Settlements with a mission to make fitness feel like a party.
In just months, the brand has grown into a vibrant local movement where attendees stay after class to laugh, connect, and support one another. With every squat, shimmy, and cheer, this community grows stronger.


What Is Turn Up™ Dance Fitness?
Originating in the US, Turn Up™ is a fitness revolution that blends:
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
- Dance routines to R&B, hip hop & club beats
- Sculpting moves like squats, push-ups & weights
Each session flows through the four pillars: Work, Shake, Flex, Slay, designed to ignite your inner power, release stress, and help you move like no one’s watching. You can burn up to 600 calories per session, but the real transformation happens in your mindset.
It’s not just about looking fit – it’s about feeling fierce.
